At LightLady Studio, we work hard to ensure that all our customers are satisfied with our products and level of service. Questions, comments and product inquiries are welcomed.

Shipping

Standard shipping in the United States is FREE.  LightLady Studio determines which carrier will be used.  If you have a carrier preference, you are more than likely to request the specific carrier but we reserve the right to charge for any amount over a reasonable and customary shipping charge.

Shipping charges will be added to all international orders.  International customers, we will contact you through email for your exact shipping rate when your order is placed.

Most items ship within one week (or less) of purchase, excluding custom items. After your purchase is made, you'll be contacted for a more accurate shipping date.  Shipment of custom orders is handled on an individual basis. We will contact you for your specific ship date.

Items are packaged with bubble wrap and peanuts. We use brand new boxes however, we also like to recycle clean, neat, sturdy boxes.

Larger boxes (12" and up) are shipped by Fed Ex Ground or UPS Ground.  Smaller items ship US Postal Priority Mail.

Expedited shipping (2-day, overnight) is available. We'd be glad to quote a price for you--extra charges apply.

International customers--  Most international items are shipped by United States International Postal Priority.  At your request, we can ship by other carriers but from our experience, US International Priority beats the other rates by far.  Please be aware our products are wired for the North American market. It is the customer's responsibility to find out what your electrical requirements and codes are.  LightLady Studio is not responsible for customs fees incurred.  The customer assumes responsibility for any additional charges on rejected packages.

Returns

We want you to be happy. You have 30 days from the day you receive the item to return it.
Please contact us before making any returns.
All returns must be in the same condition they were in when they left the shop including all packaging.

We do not accept returns on light bulbs.

Buyer will be responsible for return shipping.   If your item has a defect, we will gladly pay your return shipping. 

Return funds are never held--they will be sent to you as soon as we receive the return. Please note, it may take a full cycle for the return to show up on your credit card.

LightLady Studio cannot assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to us.  When returning an item, please use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
